Simply snap the disc inside the Toasterz Reusable Heat Pack until you see the white heat reaction start. Gently knead for 20 seconds to maximize heat and then your Toasterz Reusable Heat Pack is ready to use for sore muscles, cold fingers, or in your pockets!

To reset Toasterz Heat Pack for reuse:

Simply throw the rigid (crystallized) Toasterz Reusable Heat Pack into boiling water for 5-7 minutes, or longer, to "melt" the crystals and turn the Toasterz Reusable Heat Pack contents to completely clear liquid again (any blurriness when you look through a Toasterz Reusable Heat Pack means boil longer to melt crystals).
